Moisture sitting in a dark place means bacteria will likely grow. When it grows out of control, it becomes a slimy mass called zooglea. In an HVAC drain line it can literally block the drain.
That means the condensation that your air conditioner removes from the air no longer has a way to exit your HVAC system. Because water takes the path of least resistance, it will back up and cause a flood.
Prev-Clog is made from a patented composition that stops bacteria from growing. Zooglea won't build up at all, and even years after installation, your condensate lines will still be clean and free-flowing.
We’ve put the composition onto a thin rope which you'll thread into the AC pipe. Don't worry, it's not hard to do!
